Message from JGP about Reunion 21

Hi all Fab Reunion Supporters, the time has come for me to ask you to send me your final payment, before March 25th, for our Bournemouth Reunion No 21, April 4th-6th 2014 at The Hotel Celebrity.

Please can you confirm how many nights you want to stay and your sleeping preference i.e. double or twin Beds. I have details of the rooms you occupied last year and I will make changes if you would like a different room this year. I have asked that all our rooms be on the 2nd floor to cut out noise from creaky floor boards.

The room rate for Friday & Saturday nights is £53 per person per night i.e. £106 for twin occupancy.

Any additional nights either side of these will be charged at the very special rate of £40 p.p.p.n for Dinner ,Bed & Breakfast.

Your total payment is ,of course,less the £10 per person deposit already sent to me earlier.

I will not bank your cheques until the hotel invoice us for our final payment. Can you make cheques payable to J.G. Potts send to 99, Kingsdown Crescent, Dawlish, EX7 0HD or if you prefer you can pay by credit transfer.
